The where is no other then good ol' London, the land of funky clothes. And the who is 32-year-old Danny Sullivan, who having witnessed too much normality in this world, was moved to launch the Irregular choice shoe label. He wanted to ". . do something mad and adventurous, something based on an irregular concept," and Irregular choice is surely all that. And we love it. Since 1999, it has grown from a small little known brand in Europe, to a highly respected international brand, always pushing fashion to new limits.

ReplyDeleteI have one pair of Irregular Choice (here they are) and I am hopelessly in love with them. They are not very comfortable (I've got them stretched recently, even if they are my size), but their style is so cute and glam!
ReplyDeleteI love Irregular Choice! I love how they're erratic but look great paired with jeans. Sadly though, I'm about a size 10 so frilly shoes like these don't look good in my size :(
ReplyDeleteIrregular Choice does some incredibly funky shoes, but their high heels are *incredibly* painful. A lot of the time, the shoes are cut too short for the toes (as you can see with the blue and green flats) and my mom owned a beautiful pair that had an unequal height on the heel. Three hours into the night and I felt like I'd done my ankle irreparable damage.
ReplyDeleteMy mom showed her shoes to a friend of hers who designs shoes, and he pointed out the problems with the heels and the front of the shoes. Oh well, at least their flats are comfortable!
I have learned only recently and the hard way that the most important thing in fashion is fit. No matter how cute something is, if it doesn't fit properly and comfortably, it will just take up room in the closet. 8(
ReplyDeleteI know exactly what you mean. Last year I bought these gorgeous Lulu Guiness flat, which turned out to be a size too small. It was completely painful, but I can't bring myself to give it away. So its still sitting in its box at home.
